The challenge

A payments platform competed with five well-funded rivals. It needed owners, founders and finance heads at insurers, gyms, tuition centres and property managers to see why it was different.

What we did

  1. Hand-researched decision makers in each of the four sectors.
  2. Wrote a different message per sector, about their own collection headaches.
  3. Added LinkedIn voice notes, event campaigns and content posts on top of LinkedIn and email.
The campaign, stage by stageFrom the campaign report. Counts are bars to scale, rates are the steps between. Stages the report does not give are left out.
  1. Accepted27.4% of LinkedIn invitations
  2. Replied29.4% of connections wrote back
  3. Qualified54 sales qualified leads

What worked

A gym owner and an insurance CFO have different problems, so they got different messages.

Client names are kept private. Each campaign was led by our founder, and every figure comes from the campaign's own report.
